Performance: WAVE

The Kontact is big wave weapon. When you are riding in big waves and you set that rail in the water for the bottom turn you need to have absolute confidence the board is going to bite and drive. NKB shaper Sky Solbach is no stranger to these conditions and he has put all of his knowledge into Kontakt design.

Changed for this year, the single concave which runs all the way down to the tail to offer more control when you are charging down the line. The Kontact is a little thicker than last year, with slightly more volume to ensure it remains speed when you need it most. If you’re looking at charging some of the biggest waves, Kontakt is a good choice.
