Terms and conditions of the "Black November Sale"

1. The "Black November Sale" ("Cart Promotion") is organized by EASY SURF Bartosz Grzesiek, ul. Św. Michała 100, 61-005, Poznań, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7821239556, Business Registry No. (REGON): 631147690 („Organizer”). The business activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) kept by the Minister competent for economy.
2. The Promotion is conducted at Organizer's online store available at https://easy-surfshop.com ("Organizer's Store"). Persons who have met the conditions of participation in the Promotion specified in these Terms and Conditions may participate in the Promotion. Such individuals, upon meeting the requirements, become participants in the Promotion ("Promotion Participants").
3. The Promotion starts November 13th, 2025.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration.
5. Promotion rules: Promotion Participant benefits from an additional percentage discount during its duration lowering the value of the cart in the Organizer's Store, after exceeding the amount in the cart specified below:
   • Additional 5% discount after reaching 100€ cart value
   • Additional 7% discount after reaching 500€ cart value
   • Additional 10% discount after reaching 1500€ cart value
   • Additional 15% discount after reaching 2500€ cart value
6. To take part in the Promotion, customer have to add products to the cart and exceed one of the cart value levels. The discount is calculated automatically in the customer's cart.
7. Shipping costs are not included in the value of the cart.
8. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge. It means that the purchase of the Products under the Promotion does not require the Promotion Participant to incur any additional costs other than the price for the Products and any costs selected by the Promotion Participant, such as delivery costs.
9. The discount is not exchangeable for any means of payment and is not redeemable for cash.
10. The promotion does not apply to products excluded from it. Products excluded from the Black November Sale Cart Promotion are all the products in the Black November Specials category and have a unique Black Special badge. Products from Duotone 2026 collection are also excluded from Black November Sale.
11. Gift cards are excluded from all the Black November Sale Cart Promotion.
12. The promotion applies to only one order at a time. This means that it is not possible to combine orders in order to obtain a higher discount level.
13. Impact of Returns on the Granted Discoun. If the Promotion Participant returns one or more Products purchased under the Promotion, and as a result the value of the remaining Products in the order falls below the cart value threshold that originally qualified the Participant for a specific discount level, the discount will be recalculated accordingly.
    In such a case, the Organizer shall refund the amount due for the returned Products reduced by the value of the discount that no longer applies after recalculation.
    This means that the refunded amount may be lower than the price originally paid for the returned Products.
14. Promotion Participants may submit complaints regarding the Promotion to the Organizer's registered office address or by e-mail to store@easy-surfshop.com. Complaints should be reported within 14 days of the occurrence of reasons justifying the complaint.
15. In order to accelerate the handling of the Complaint, provide the name of the Promotion Participant and contact details (e.g. e-mail address or telephone number) as well as the description of reasons justifying the Complaint.
16. We shall respond to your claim immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
17. Complaints shall be considered by the Organizer, in particular considering the provisions of these Regulations.
18. These Terms and Conditions may be amended only for an important reason which shall be:
    • a change of the law regulating the terms, conditions and organisation of the Promotion,
    • a change of the way the Promotion is run due to technical or technological reasons;
    • a change of the scope or provision of services which these Terms and Conditions apply to, through the introduction of new, modification or withdrawal by the Organizer of the current functionalities or services covered by these Terms and Condi0ons.
19. In the case of amendments to these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall make available the consolidated text of these T&Cs by sharing them on https://easy-surfshop.com.
20. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the time they are expressly indicated and posted at the above address.
