November in Poland is usually associated with low temperatures, but in our shop it is a really hot period. Of course of Black Friday shopping frenzy. As every year, we start with the sales much earlier to unload the volume of orders and shipments. Below you will find the most important information about this year's sales action. Familiarising yourself with them will certainly make your shopping experience easier, and allow us to handle your orders with speed 😉

We've discounted loads of products as part of the Black Friday Deals, you can find all the offers here. You can easily recognise the Black Friday Deals by the black circle with the BLACK FRIDAY on the product picture. Of course, that's not all. The code BLACK10 works on all products outside the Black Friday Deals category, giving you a 10% discount. The code also works on even heavily discounted goods 😉
Sale period
The sale runs until Monday, November 28 at 10:00 a.m. We advise you to take a look at the offer a little earlier. Some of the assortment is the last pieces, and you may find that at the very end of the sale most of the best bites will already be sold out.
Please shop wisely
Each order is a separate process - this means that it is not possible to combine orders or add products to an existing order. On more than one occasion, there have been mix-ups and delays due to changes made by customers when the warehouse staff have had time to pack the goods. Imagine a situation in which you are holding up the courier because you are quickly adding a product that a customer has forgotten to put in the shopping basket. As you can guess, it is not difficult then to make a mistake or delay the shipment.
At other times this is not a problem, but in November, both our team and our couriers have a lot of work to do. Before you confirm your order, make sure you've definitely added everything to your basket. Go through our shop quietly - we start the action early, so there's no point doing it in a hurry. Consult with your family and friends if they want to order something from EASY-surfshop, so you can save on shipping costs 😉.
Check product availability
Next to each product, you will find information about its availability. The information "available in our warehouse" means that we have the product on site. If you see "available in external warehouse" it means that we have to bring it in from the supplier, which usually takes 5-10 working days. Due to the Black Friday period, this time may extend. If your basket contains products from our warehouse and from an external warehouse, we will only send the package once we have received the product(s) from the supplier.
So if you are pressed for time, place 2 orders: in the first one place the products from our warehouse and in the second one the products from the supplier's warehouse. Then you can be sure that your order with the products available on site will go out as quickly as possible.
Some products will be sent after November 28
This applies to surf products from the brands: Torq, Channel Islands, Roam, Futures Fins, Greenfix, Solarez, BubbleGum.
Be prepared for longer delivery times
We do everything we can to ensure that orders go out the same day, the next day at the latest. Previous Black Friday sales campaigns have shown us that this is not always successful. Firstly, this is affected by the huge volume of orders and what's in them. Packing harness lines or wetsuit takes only a moment, but packing and securing a board or boom takes much longer. Before shipping, we make sure the product has no defects - it may take a while, but with dozens of orders every day, it makes a big difference.
The second thing is the couriers and their capacity: they really pick up a lot of shipments in November. Sometimes a courier arrives with a car practically loaded to the ceiling, and we want to hand over boards, sails and other large orders to him. As you can guess, in this case, the larger orders will be sent the next day. That's why we encourage you to buy thoughtfully with enough time to spare.
