Purpose and performance

The XCEL Comp+ Full 5/4 is designed for cold-water riding where warmth, mobility, and comfort must work together. It’s suitable for a wide range of board sports, especially when wind chill or long exposure demands strong insulation.

Warmth and comfort

The Thermo Dry Infrared (IR) lining reflects your own heat and uses infrared penetration to retain warmth longer without adding bulk. This increases thermal efficiency in water below 11°C. The Glide Skin collar reduces flushing and enhances comfort.

Flexibility and fit

The Channel Flex exterior offers impressive stretch, allowing the suit to move naturally with the rider. Its engineered fit supports efficient paddling, pumping, and transitions while keeping the suit lightweight and responsive.

Construction and durability

Made with Nanoprene Lite Japanese limestone neoprene, the suit provides a balance of insulation and low weight. Triple glued and blind stitched seams, reinforced with Fusion X tape, reduce leakage and boost longevity. Water-based glue and dope-dye yarn enhance eco-conscious durability.
