Purpose and rider profile
This front wing + rear wing set is built primarily for dock starts and long pump foiling sessions. It’s a strong choice if you want high efficiency at low speeds, easier lift-off and the ability to keep flying longer without maximum effort every second. In practice, it can also work for wingfoil and light downwind conditions where low-speed lift and efficiency matter most.
Front wing: JAM HM Carbon – low-speed efficiency
The F-ONE JAM is designed to be highly effective during pumping: a few dynamic pumps are enough to get up and stabilize into flight. It doesn’t lose speed instantly even if you briefly stop pumping, which makes learning easier and extends flight time. Its large surface area and AR 10 support long glide and progressive lift, while the optimized geometry helps reduce induced drag.
Rear wing included: Monobloc Tail Pumping XXS 200 – energy return and low drag
The set includes the F-ONE Monobloc Tail Pumping in size XXS 200. This stabilizer is tuned for maximum energy return while pumping: it features a very small surface, AR 7.6 and low drag, helping you maintain speed and glide even during brief pauses. The reduced area provides instant feedback and precise control for technical pump foiling and dock starts.
Construction and foil feel (monobloc / pre-preg / TITAN)
The JAM HM Carbon uses a monobloc construction made with pre-preg technology and High Modulus Carbon, delivering stiffness, consistent feedback and strong load transfer during dynamic pumping. The TITAN connection allows compatibility with both aluminum and carbon masts within the F-ONE foil system. The one-piece monobloc rear wing increases stiffness, reduces turbulence and removes extra screws, resulting in cleaner performance and faster setup.
