Speedster remains one of the quickest and most efficient no-cam freerace sails in the NeilPryde lineup. The 2026 version keeps the sleek outline and slalom-inspired geometry of the 2025 model while adding Ultra PE X-Ply reinforcement in the foot and clew for increased durability and reduced weight. Designed for riders who want slalom-like performance without the complexity of cambers, it offers easy planing, stable power and excellent handling.

Construction and on-water behaviour

A medium-strong luff curve provides a wide wind range and a locked-in, stable profile. Internally printed laminated panels enhance durability while maintaining a lightweight feel. Airflow tubular battens derived from RS:Racing reduce drag and keep the sail aerodynamically clean, especially at high speeds. The result is a sail that accelerates quickly, stays composed under load and feels efficient on both fin and foil.

Speed and control

Speedster maintains high cruising speed with minimal effort and stays extremely stable even when fully powered. The slalom-based outline ensures excellent upwind and downwind angles, while the lighter lower body improves handling during jibes and accelerations. Whether blasting on flat water or pushing into stronger winds, the sail remains predictable and easy to trim.

Ease of use

The no-cam design makes rigging fast and simple, waterstarts easier and jibes more fluid. Despite its speed-oriented nature, the sail stays neutral in the hands and reduces fatigue in long sessions, making it ideal for intermediate and advanced freeriders.
