Manera S-FOAM Helmet was developed as an alternative to bulky hard-shell helmets, which can feel uncomfortable in the wind and restrictive while riding. Its soft construction allows natural movement and a more comfortable riding experience.
Smart Foam technology (S-FOAM)
The helmet uses a non-Newtonian smart foam material. It remains soft and flexible during normal use, but instantly stiffens upon impact to absorb shock energy. This provides comfort while riding and protection when it matters.
One-piece 3D construction
The S-FOAM Helmet is molded as a single 3D piece rather than assembled from flat panels. This ensures even protection with no unprotected areas and a smooth, natural fit without bulky seams.
Natural fit and freedom of movement
Thanks to its precise fit, the helmet stays securely in place without creating pressure points. It minimizes wind and water resistance, making it suitable for wind sports and surfing.
Certified safety performance
The helmet is certified under the CRITT SL PROTOCOL CSN – 001:2023, confirming its protective performance. The S-FOAM technology has also been tested for its impact absorption capabilities.
