The Free 2.0 is built to feel reassuring under your feet. Strong pitch stability, a wide usable speed range and a calm overall character make it easier to trust the foil and improve faster. It does not feel nervous, but it also avoids becoming dull or heavy in response, so you still get a lively and enjoyable ride.

Lively turning and intuitive feel

Even though this wing focuses on ease of use, it still feels responsive in turns. The thinned-out tips help the wing roll more naturally and keep carving smooth and intuitive. It also stays composed when pushed harder or during tip breaches, so the foil does not throw you off rhythm too easily and remains predictable in more dynamic moments.

Construction focused on value and durability

The Free 2.0 uses a hybrid construction with carbon outer layers and fiberglass inner layers. This gives it a well-balanced mix of low weight, durability and tuned flex, while keeping it more accessible in price than fully high-end constructions.

Designed to work with PX stabilizers

Duotone developed the Free 2.0 to pair with the new PX stabilizers, which match its freeride character well. Together, they are intended to create a consistent, predictable and well-balanced setup across a wide range of conditions.
