SUP and windsurfing in one setup

Duotone Alfa WS Air is an inflatable SUP board made for riders who want one board for more than one use. It works well for recreational paddling, learning windsurfing, flatwater cruising and playing on small waves. It is a good choice for families, schools and clubs, where the gear needs to be easy to use, stable and ready for regular handling.

The board comes with a windsurf mastfoot insert and Duotone’s iBase system, so you can quickly switch from paddling to windsurfing when the breeze picks up. In lighter wind, you use it as a classic SUP. When conditions improve, you attach a windsurf rig and start learning the basics on a stable platform.

Stable shape for beginners

Alfa WS Air is based on a stretched outline with generous volume and width. This helps you keep balance from the first sessions, while also giving the board good glide for relaxed paddling. The rounded nose and fuller mid-section improve stability, which you will appreciate when learning, paddling with a child or practising your first windsurfing tacks and turns.

The Malibu longboard-inspired shape gives the board a versatile feel - easy to handle, predictable and suited to a wide range of conditions.

Durable construction for regular use

The board is built in Fused Double Layer technology with welded seams. This increases stiffness and durability while keeping the weight lower than traditional multi-layer constructions. As a result, Alfa WS Air handles frequent inflation, transport and use by multiple riders - for example in a school, club or family holiday setup.

The soft deck pad provides good grip underfoot and a more forgiving surface during falls. This is especially useful when learning windsurfing, where climbing back onto the board and practising with the sail are part of the process.
