Cabrinha FX is combination of freestyle and freeride kite. It effortlessly bridges the gap between these two styles. Designed for rider who love to mix hooked and unhooked freestyle tricks, love huge jumps with big airs and kite loops as well as riding at full power. This kite fits best for intermediate and advanced riders, as its performance might be too difficult to handle for beginners. FX is highly responsive kite that provides plenty of power, explosive acceleration and huge amount of boost for big airs. Modified C-shape arc allow you to make aggressive kiteloops with fast return to the zenith for soft landings. Advanced riders will appreciate very fast turning speed, direct steering and quick relaunch. Good line slack after unhooked tricks enables you for the most radical maneuvers in kiteboarding. Fast inflation point used as standard will take you on the water in no time, now you don`t need any additional ending on the pump.
Cabrinha`s high-quality woven fabrics line has been designed specifically for kitesurfing. Unlikely as most of other sailcloth’s in kites, Volae materials are developed especially to meet specific expectations. This material have highest durability and lowest stretch.
All Cabrinha kites are built on Skeletal Frame foundation. It contains multiple layers of highest quality Dacron material and polyester. Multiple reinforcements on struts, leading edge and trailing edge provide most durable kites possible. Molded EVA protectors, robust LE protectors and triple row stitching in highest stress areas protect your kite in the best way possible.
Dynamic arc allows kite to have two arc shapes. One when the kite is in the air, other while kite is resting on the water. Simple bridling holds the arc shape in place. Dynamic arc allows you to position the kite for a super quick relaunch.
This Sprint Inflation system allow you to pump your kite in the easiest and most efficient way possible. One-way Airlock quickly pumps air to all struts from a single valve. After inflating you can close off each strut separately to keep stiff profile of the kite and avoid deflation in case of accident with leading edge. Deflation takes seconds thanks to Airlock valve`s dump feature.
This system allows you to quickly adjust power level of the kite. Each steering line “pig tail” connector has three positions. Middle one is factory recommended. By connecting line closer to the kite, you will get more power. In strong winds if you want to have less power, connect rear line to the knot closes to the rider.
1X is not a depower system. It`s full safety system which relies on one line only to shut down all the power kite have immediately. Whether it`s on land, water no matter the conditions, kite will flag out instantly.
Now you have multiple tuning options to adjust the kite to your own preferences. This allows you to customize bar pressure, feedback, and adjust the power/de-power range of the kite. Try flying the kite on each setting to find out which one fits you best!
