Cabrinha 1X Control Bar is extremely light weight, fixed control system. It`s non-adjustable control bar with QuickLoop™ opening harness loop. Features new TrimLight system that allow you for easy and precise power control of the kite. After activation 1X’s single line flagging system the power of kite is instantly shut down and kite will flag out on the water or land motionless. QuickLoop is very easy to use and even easier to reassemble! Bar gives direct kite feel and precise steering with little input from the rider. Recommended for people who use two kite sizes that fit to one bar. Soft EVA ends will keep the bar always afloat. Thanks to internalized lines you will always avoid abrasions and clutter. The TrimLite Cleat™ is a light weight, simple trim system, that uses a 2:1 purchase to give your kite the perfect balance and trim to match the changing wind conditions.
This feature allow to run 1X landing line and depower mainline through center of the bar without risk of abrasion or tangling thanks to protective, durable PU tube.
To provide instant and direct response from bar your bar input Cabrinha has lowered the front line connection to the CAS.
1X is not a depower system. It`s full safety system which relies on one line only to shut down all the power kite have immediately. Whether it`s on land, water no matter the conditions, kite will flag out instantly.
Depower on demand system came out in 2005 with Crossbow kite. This reliable system is used nowadays with every Cabrinha’s kite except Chaos, this is default method to precisely control power of a kite.
EVA ends are buoyant enough to keep entire control system with attached lines on the water. Tips have Flex grooves which helps in bending tips while steering your kite or winding your lines onto the bar.
