Unifiber Maverick II is a high-performance sail developed for newcomers to windsurfing. The relatively low weight makes this sail easy to uphaul. Highly recommended to use in combination with the recommended mast to gain maximum performance: early planing and upper-end control.The sail is constructed largely from transparent, clear monofilm to give the riders the best possible visibility and reduce weight.

Unlike with many other sails on this price level, Maverick is equipped with high quality batten lay-out, the same you can find at famous Loftsails sails.

The smaller 4.0 / 4.5 / 5.0 / 5.8 sizes are designed for Bump & Jump style riding in heavier conditions have 4 slats, while the larger 6.5 and 7.3 variants are classic fast freeride sails with 5 slats. More slats provide better stability at the expense of a slightly higher sail weight. In the case of the Maverick sails, this issue has been very well balanced.
