Board character

The 133 and 155 sizes deliver the most balanced blend of stability, comfort, and foil performance. They take off early, fly with very little effort, and are much easier to control than full-on foil slalom boards. Their biggest advantage is simple: speed comes from ease. The more comfortable the board feels, the faster you go.

Construction

HydroFoil uses a wood-sandwich bottom with paulownia, parabolic rail reinforcements, and an integrated Innegra bow reinforcement. These boards are 100 percent dedicated to foiling and equipped with a reinforced Foil-Tuttlebox, large tail cut-outs, and multiple footstrap positions to match different foil setups.

Shape and details

The boards are narrow and compact, resulting in very low swing weight and a stable, controlled feel in flight. Even volume distribution adds stability during take-off, while extra volume in the bow helps with uphauling on these short boards.

Rounded rails with a defined tuck line reduce drag during occasional touchdowns and instantly bounce the board back into the air. A subtle dome deck in the strap area increases leverage over the foil, improves ergonomics, and makes getting in and out of the straps easier.

Large cut-outs reduce drag, help load the foil during pumping, and promote effortless take-off. The thin profile minimises aerodynamic resistance in flight and keeps the board stable during gusts.

On the water

HydroFoil lifts early, flies smoothly, and remains predictable even at high speed. The stance feels secure and efficient, allowing you to push harder and fully transfer sail power into the foil. The boards excel especially on beam and broad reaches where they maintain high speed with minimal effort.
