The e-gift card in the form of a PDF file is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address or another address indicated by the Buyer. Shipping takes place on business days during store opening hours. An e-card purchased outside these hours will be sent on the next business day.

Yes, you can use several e-gift cards to pay for one order.

Yes, the e-gift card can also be used for purchases in our stationary store in Poznań.

It is not possible to exchange the e-gift card for cash.

The Buyer cannot pay for the e-gift card using another e-gift card.

Discount codes do not work on an e-gift cards.

The entire amount of the e-gift card must be used in one use. It is not possible to partially redeem a e-gift card.

There is no minimum order value. You can use an e-gift card to pay for purchases of any amount.

If the value of purchases is higher than the amount of the e-gift card, the missing amount should be paid with another available payment method.

It is not possible to extend the validity period. The e-gift card is valid for 365 days. If the discount code is not used during the validity period of the e-gift card, the Buyer is not entitled to a refund of unused funds.

When payment for purchases was made using an e-gift card, the refund is made by reactivating the card. When payment for purchases was partially made using an e-gift card, this part is refunded by reactivating the e-gift card, and the remaining amount is refunded in the same form in which payment for the remaining part of the order was made.

It is not possible to return the e-gift card.
