The waterproof pannier is constructed from 600D PVC Tarpaulin and is sealed tight by way of the easy to use Fold Seal System and includes a top cover lid with Velcro fastener.

Also includes a hard base plate, internal zip pocket, side reflective strips and removable shoulder strap.
