Join usION Element is semidry wetsuit which provides comfort, great thermal isolation and flexibility. It allows you to ride even in very cold days. Thanks to its flexibility it gives you full freedom of movement. Comes with back zip. It offers great quality to price ratio. It has multiple features from more technically advanced ION wetsuits, such as Water Gate, which is additional seam to fit around neck, it gives superb water resistance and keeps your back dry. Seams on the inside have been reinforced to increase durability and thanks to Contour Cut which adds more flex it’s very easy to put the wetsuit on and off. Its length reaches overknee.
Seam Reinforcements
All stress points that come under a lot of force are reinforced with either Melco Tape on the inside seams, or rubber logo patches on the outside of the suit to prevent ripping.
Water gate 3D
With an additional seam to allow a more body-specific fit around the neck, it provides superb water resistant sealing. The Water Gate 3D is used in all Select Level and AMP Level models.
L-tex Protection
An exceptional abrasion resistant rubber protection, printed onto the knee panels without hindering flexibility.
Drain Holes
All wetsuits that have the Water Gate Plus batwing panels have small holes in the lower back. This keeps the back area dry by allowing the water which has leaked in through the back zip to drain out. Drain Holes are also placed in the calf area to prevent water from getting stuck in a 'bubble' like fashion. In addition to this, ION front zip wetsuits also have Drain Holes in the chest and back panels.
Key Loop
All ION wetsuits are equipped with a clever key pocket, inside of which is an elasticised attachment. Depending on the model of the suit, this feature can be found on the calf, arm or other area.
Contour Cut
To improve flexibility and comfort, all ION wetsuits come with the ION Contour Cut. It greatly enhances flex in the collar, wrists, elbows, insteps and the back of the knees.
