TABOU Coolrider - designed for beginners

The main goal of the Tabou Coolrider is to make learning to windsurf easy and fun. Regardless of age, both adults and children taking their first steps in windsurfing will appreciate Coolrider as much as windsurfing schools.

The Coolrider provides not only excellent stability due to its high volume, but also control and maneuverability due to its relatively small rails. A large vee on the bottom and a flat rocker line make the Coolrider glide easily. What is more, numerous footstraps inserts allows you to adjust the board to each rider. The Coolrider 230 version has a slightly raised deck (double deck) in the rear part, which provides additional maneuverability despite its large size and volume.

Each Coolrider has a soft EVA deck that performs several functions:

• reduces the risk of slipping,
• absorbs falls, reducing the risk of injuries,
• protects the board from impacts.

All sizes of the Coolrider come with a central dagger, that folds up on its own when it gets shallower. It helps beginners maintain height relative to the wind, reducing drift. Special handles on the bow and stern for easy carrying. More advanced windsurfers and instructors will appreciate its stability and maneuverability, when sailing between students or doing some light wind freestyle.
