Bass Touring is nearly 4-meter long inflatable SUP board for those who like active leisure and speed. Remarkable firmness and special narrow shape are giving the board exceptional stability, as well as making it fast moving and extra manoeuvrable. At the same time its small weight (only 13kg) makes this board an ideal choice for paddlers while travelling to remote places.

TECHNLOGY

During the designing process of Bass SUP boards designers decided to combine drop-stitch technology with dynamic shapes and live design. Thanks to that, the Bass boards are not only stylish looking but it also makes them stiff and hard. Additional reinforcements make it behave on the water in similar way to hard deck SUP boards.

DROP-STITCH technology makes Bass board Stiff. Inflated SUP boards are the newest, and possibly the most important chapter in thousands years of stand up paddling. Why? Because the technology never before allowed to make hard, stiff boards which can be packed into backpack. All of this is possible thanks to drop-stitch technology.

As in many others, popular and known producers, inflated board Bass rely with its basic properties on this technology. Construction of inflated board is based on two material lobes made of polyester, which combine with itself thousands of thin and durable polyester threads. Dense net of threads attached to upper and lower polyester layers gives the board its designed shape when fully inflated. Sounds complicated? Let’s take a look inside.

SUP Bass board are made of strong and abrasion resistant PCV material, which adjoins directly to the core made in drop-stitch technology. Fulfilment of the board are two layered, side reinforcement straps, which outside of constructional function ensures maximum stiffness to the board on its entire length. Thanks to that inflated Bass board has similar properties to hard deck SUP boards.
